River Bay Outfitters accepts, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damage, including original tags, within 21 days from date of purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products can be returned as long as they are in new condition and can be re-sold. We charge a shipping and handling fee of $14.95 for shipping any new products involved in a return or exchange.
If you plan to make an exchange:
1. Please contact us and write a note explaining the problem, and what course of action you would like to take.
2. Ship the product back to us (address below).

3. On exchanges, just let us know what product you would like. If the cost is greater, we'll give you a call to collect payment for the balance due and to collect the shipping and handling fee of $14.95.

3. Returns will be less a re-stocking fee of $14.95 to help us recover the original shipping and handling expenses.
4. Items that have been used or deemed "unsaleable" will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and qualify for store credit only.
5. New items will receive a refund minus the re-stocking fee.
